Leadership au féminin 2026, Call for Applications

The Office franco-québécois pour la jeunesse (OFQJ) is launching an open call for the Leadership au féminin 2026 program, an inspirational mission focused on strengthening the leadership capabilities of young women entrepreneurs.

This initiative supports participation in the provincial Leadership au féminin congress, scheduled for April 30 and May 1, 2026, in Montréal and Québec, Canada 🇨🇦

The goal of the program is to empower engaged women by providing tools, testimonies, and networking opportunities with Quebec organizations working in economic, social, and professional development. Participants will take part in the congress and a specialized program of visits organized by OFQJ France and OFQJ Québec.

📌 Program Highlights

The congress focuses on the theme “Creating Meaning in Chaos”, exploring how leaders can turn complexity into clarity, uncertainty into thoughtful choices, and change into growth opportunities.

It addresses contemporary challenges such as technological shifts and digital transformation, market volatility and economic disruptions, as well as climate change and societal expectations.

Participants will engage with speakers and organizations active in supporting women in leadership, gaining practical insights for resilient leadership in dynamic contexts.
