Immersive Robotics and its humanoids, the next step before replicants?
Immersive Robotics originated back in 2012 with a first DIY prototype. The latter was a robot avatar that could be controlled at distance using Virtual Reality (VR) glasses and thus used for "teleportation".
Immersive Robotics is comprised of a team of engineers, marketers and people that are all passionate about robotics, aerospace, IoT and VR.
You may have seen BARYL elangtly dancing around passengers at Gare de Lyon collecting wastes.
Immersive Robotics joined Creative Valley in 2017 to accelerate their industrial design and move towards the next generation.
To achieve that, Immersive Robotics benefits from the SDK premium package and have access to world class tools like the 3D Experience lab platform and share with experts from both Creative Valley and the Swym community!
Thanks to CATIA and SIMULIA tools, Immersive Robotics is going to design a new grabbing arm for WALDO and will have access to the Creative lab to prototype and fine tune the design.
The 3D Experience platform VR tools will also definitively help to design immersive scenarios.
