Soizic Huet

After obtaining a Master’s degree with distinction in the Sociology of Culture and Communications at the Sorbonne in Paris, Soizic began her career in 2000 as the box office manager of a concert venue called “Le Sentier des Halles”.” In 2002, she became the supervisor of “Le COACH”, an institution that supports musical artists. Based in Paris, this organization helped 60 Writers, Composers and Performers every year through artist’s residencies and career management workshops. Eager to develop her experience managing artist’s careers, she created “Stand By Me”, a management company with which she produced an album, two music videos and an accompanying tour in France and Quebec.

In 2010, the music publishing company “Prenup” contacted her to optimize their internal management and to build a solid administrative hub. 

2013 was a significant year for Soizic. As she had gained a sufficient understanding of the music publishing world, the company “Holding ScintillO” offered her a new challenge : the construction and development of CRÉATIS, a residency for cultural businesses at “La Gaîté Lyrique” in Paris. Bringing her curiosity for the world of start-ups and digital industry, she became the supervisor of development and administration for the project. She created “The Investor’s Club”, a cycle of lectures known as “Web We Want” and “The Digital Lab”, a 10 days program for French and American start-ups in partnership with the cultural services of the French Embassy in New York.

In July 2015, she left her position at CREATIS and embarked on a five month trip to New York City. Then she became the COO of the french start-up “KEAKR”. She accepted the challenge, invested in the company and joined her collaborator with “Shackleton’s Antarctic Odyssey” in her hands J In sept 2020, she created an independent company named 1.2.4, for helping startups in their stratégic development.
