His work involved fostering high-level ties with governments, academic institutions, and multinational corporations to create a fertile ground for cross-border collaboration.

His distinguished track record in the Asia-Pacific region includes:

• Designing and leading the "Choose Paris Region" strategy for Asia-Pacific, building a robust network with key incubators, investors, and tourism boards.

• Organizing and spearheading high-profile delegations to showcase Île-de-France as a leading global hub for innovation and education.

• Providing direct advisory services to European small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) on navigating market entry into China, with successful projects in logistics, food & beverage, and pharmaceuticals.    

Previously, as an Operating Partner for private equity funds, Arnaud applied a rigorous operational lens, auditing and scaling portfolio businesses on a global scale.
