At Creative Cluster, we are thrilled to introduce Jean Mong, a multicultural professional and the General Manager in China.
Jean is a French-born Chinese engineer and Insead MBA with 15+ years of experience bringing Western tech and industrial companies into Greater China.
At Schneider Electric in China, Jean set up their sales department from scratch, establishing solid local clientele and an autonomous local team.
As the GM for Sermeta China, he built and deployed the firm's entry strategy and cultivated a strong local operational footprint. His experience is further enriched with his M&A responsibilities at Schneider Asia Pacific.
